At that time all UTAP members are provided with email addresses that ends with @utap.phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp. From 2020 April, the information technology center stopped the operation of the mailhosting service and start using G suite instead. Following the change, an e-mail address of physics department (that ends with @phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) is newly provided for each member of physics department. Therefore, from 2020 April to 2021 March, each of us can use two e-mail addresses. At the end of 2021 March, we will stop the contract for the group domain (@utap.phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp). From 2021 April we can only use the e-mail addresses of physics department (@phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp). If you are using our group address (@utap.phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) for some registration, please change it to the new address as the old address expires at the end of 2021 March.
