Open inflation and scalar suppression on large scales 

アブストラクト：
Current CMB observations hint at there being a suppression 
of scalar power on large scales.  Focusing on two toy models,
we discuss how such a suppression may arise in the context 
of open inflation models, in which inflation is preceded by false
vacuum decay.  Whilst one source of suppression is the fast
rolling of the inflaton after the tunnelling event, we also see that 
effects from the tunnelling itself must be taken into account.
